Nelson — draft your XI from cricket history
Nelson is a free browser-based cricket draft and simulation game. Spin a wheel to land on a random team and era, pick players from real historical match XIs, then run your side through a full Test World Championship — simulated ball by ball from real career statistics.
How it works
- Spin the wheel 11 times — each spin lands on a real team and era, like Australia in the 1990s or the West Indies in the 1980s.
- Draft one player per spin from genuine historical match line-ups.
- Set your batting order, captain, and wicket-keeper.
- Simulate an 11-round Test World Championship against era squads, with the Final at Lord's.
- Five-day Tests with realistic scoring, declarations, follow-ons, and draws — plus season-long leaderboards.
